    Minister of Labor stresses on the importance of communication between the ministry and business sector

    His Excellency Minister of Labor Engineer Adel Bin Mohammad Fakih who was keen to communicate with all institutions of the private sector, revealing on the development program based on actual partnership with the private sector, pointing to conducting 17th workshops with various national committees, workshops will reach up to 30 Workshop aimed at building a partnership between the Ministry and its associated institutions with the private sector institutions.
     
    During His Excellency meeting with businessmen in the Eastern region, which was held in the Chamber as the first Chamber of Commerce to host after his appointment as Minister of Labor after the late Dr. Ghazi al-Gosaibi, on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 in the presence of the chamber's Chairman Abdulrahman bin Rashed Al-Rashed and a number of members of the Governing Council and the Acting Secretary-General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel and a number of businessmen and businesswomen;Fakih explained that the ministry is responsible for employment of job seekers , expatriates and companies and that the ministry will consider to find common rules serving the labor market.
     
    Furthermore ;Fakih said that we will expand the opportunity for companies and institutions that apply Saudization with greater flexibility and features in the area of labor import.

     

    In regard with Women Beauty Centers ;he called for an expanded meeting between the Ministry and the sector to address many of the observations they make, and the regulations of female work which are in the process of review by the ministry.
     
    He also stressed that the Ministry will issue a guide of Labor Office procedures, so that they can assist everywhere, guided by the employee and the worker, and a representative of the company, to avoid any duplication or contradiction between the offices, each person taking his right, as this directory will be announced within three months.
     
    Chairman of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Rashed Al Rashed had explained in his welcoming speech that businessmen in all parts of the Kingdom and the Eastern Region particularly are looking forward to further growth and development in regard of the subject of Saudization and job localization.
     
    At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Chamber presented a memorial plaque to His Excellency the Minister of Labor. Stressing on the importance of continuing the communication with the business sector and chambers of commerce.
